Rivien Media LLC was formed in 2008 by Mr. Mark A. Ross (owner & web portal technical consultant) specifically for providing exceptional and affordable Android software development, project management & website maintenance services to clients in Northern Wisconsin and throughout the entire United States.
Mr. Ross has over 20 years of information technology and business management experience working in the financial, health care, medical information, electronic publishing, telecommunications, and television broadcast industries.
Mr. Ross co-founded TeraStream Systems Group in 2002 to focus on developing & supporting e-commerce web portals for clients located in Northern Virginia, working as a principal technical consultant until 2008.

Prior to 2002, Mr. Ross directly managed several high-level engagements at Rivien Communications, Velocita, and ARBROS Communications in the respective roles of web portal / operations support systems integration director, operations support systems integration director, and vice president of operational support systems architecture. He successfully directed several large operations support system integration programs in conjunction with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Andersen Consulting, BusinessEdge Solutions, and Idea Integration.
Mr. Ross has successfully worked with a number of high profile customers including Verizon, CBS Evening News, Allbritton Communications Company, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Dow Jones News, Thomson Healthcare, Dynatech Corporation, Hartford Insurance, Irish Television Corporation, Tribune Broadcasting, and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to name a few.
Mr. Ross sucessfully provided "hands-on" technical management leadership and vision within start-up companies such as SpectraRep, ARBROS Communications, Velocita, Rivien Broadband, Network News Corporation, Wave Systems, SalesBlade, TV Answer, WeatherWave, and Datacast.
Mr. Ross has proven skills in the areas of business strategy, technical leadership, organizational structure, project/program management, enterprise architecture, intellectual property assets, web portal development, business operation support systems, network builds & security, and directing merger/acquisition/joint venture and start ups.
Mr. Ross received a bachelor of science degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison, an associate of science from Madison Area Technical College, and attended University of Maryland University College in Adelphi, Maryland for a master of science degree in Information Technology Management.
